Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States and worldwide. Available shipping methods and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier as quickly as possible after your order is placed.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and service you choose at checkout, and are subject to that carrier's policies and estimated delivery times. Delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our control may occur.

Tracking

Once your package is processed by the carrier you selected, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

International orders

For all orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for complying with the customs requirements of their country, including any applicable duties, taxes, fees or customs procedures. These charges are not included in the order total unless shown at checkout.

Store pickup — Condado, San Juan

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order at our store: 1129 Ashford Ave, Condado, San Juan, PR 00907. You'll receive an email confirming your order for store pickup, and another email when it's ready to collect.

Store hours: Monday to Friday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM · Saturday and Sunday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
